There are three methods to check the chick-fil-a card balance. Ask the employees at a restaurant that takes the gift card to check the balance for you. The balance is shown at the bottom of the printed receipt, so you may also verify that. Calling customer service and asking for the gift card balance is an additional option. Although these gift cards never expire, they can only be used in the nation where they were initially activated.
